RICK HUSSEY – Managing Director

| Rick was an RAF Engineering Officer who served much of his time on Support Helicopter projects, the
last 7 years of which was in various Engineering Authority's and Project Offices (now IPTs). On leaving the RAF he set up AACE to continue to work within the
airworthiness field. The family having settled down after a posting to RAF Abingdon, Rick now runs the company from an office at his home just outside Oxford. |
TONY NEW – Operations Manager

| Tony worked for MOD in a number of aircraft Integrated Project offices (IPTs) and has managed the
maintenance of Military Aircraft Releases (MAR) for both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. He has experience in testing and flight trials certification. Tony now
manages AACE support to IPTs on the management and conversion of MAR to meet the JSP 553 Generic Aircraft Release requirement. He is also an accredited Calibration
and Test House ISO assessor. |
IAN TAYLOR – Operations Manager

| Ian was an RAF Engineering Officer with a background in fixed and rotary wing structural integrity.
He has a large experience working with industry on the engineering logistic interface and on the formation of integrated operational support programmes. Ian now
lives close to Yeovilton and manages AACE tasks in the south West. |
OWEN WRIGHT – Operations Manager

| Owen is an accomplished defence consultant with a strong background in ITEA, airworthiness and
project management. A career officer (pilot) in the RAF for 25 years he retired as a Wg Cdr having held both command and senior MOD staff appointments. He is a
Staff college graduate, holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He has been with AACE since 1997 and manages the Company’s tasks in
the West of England. |
GWYN RICHARDSON – Operations Manager

| Gwyn is an ex-RAF senior officer with extensive programme and personnel management experience. As
one of the very first pilot representatives within the IPTs he has first-hand knowledge of both IPT and airworthiness clearance procedures. He joined in 2007 and
assisted with the Acceptance Process, including verification of the URD and SRD, for the Ship Approach and Recovery Aid. Gwyn is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical
Society, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and now manages the Company’s tasks in the East of England.

JOHN PORTER – Marketing Manager

| John joined AACE in 2005 after a varied RAF career as a navigator, instructor
and staff officer. On joining AACE, he provided ITEA support as part of AACE’s team that successfully supported the introduction to Service of
the Harrier GR9 aircraft in 2006. Since then, he has worked as Business Development Manager for AACE, a job he currently combines with providing
oversight of Company support to an Abbey Wood based project to provide an update to Sea King Mark 7 avionics equipment.

PAUL MAYO – Head of Safety

| Paul spent 21 years as an engineer in the Royal Air Force. He was selected to
study for the Safety Critical Systems Engineering MSc at the University of York in 2001 and spent the following 3 years assuring the safety of
aircraft and weapon systems on secondment to QinetiQ at Boscombe Down. Paul retired from the Royal Air Force in 2005 and has remained in the safety
critical field working as a safety engineer, safety manager and safety consultant on rail signalling systems, UAVs, weapon systems and helicopters.

MARK HAYWARD – Quality Manager

| Mark was an RAF Aircraft Technician who spent most of his 27 years service supporting fast jet
aircraft. His last 6 years of service were spent in the former Defence Procurement Agency working with industry to provide Integrated Logistics Support solutions
for new military capability.

FIONA JENKINS – HR Manager

|
| Fiona joined AACE in 2009 as HR Manager. She has gained wide experience
within human resources having worked in both private and public sector organisations. Fiona is a chartered member of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel and Development.

CAROLYN WHITE – PA to MD

|
| Carolyn joined AACE in 2009 as PA to the Managing Director. She
has extensive experience as a PA and has worked in private and public sector organisations. Carolyn provides support to the Managing
Director and the Management Team to ensure that the company operates in an efficient and effective manner and to ISO9001:2008 standards
and requirements.
