Our Mission

AACE is aware of its place within the industry as a professional company with commitments to its customers and staff. This is embodied within the 'Vision Statement' (where we are going), a 'Strategy' (how we are getting there), a 'Mission Statement' (what we are offering the customer in order to achieve it), and 'Values' (the way we are going to do it).

Vision Statement

AACE will become a premier supplier of specialist consultancy and technical services to UK and overseas defence and aerospace programmes, employing a large number of high calibre individuals able to provide quality service to AACE customers.

Strategy

The vision will be achieved through a steady expansion of AACE's customer base for current services and a widening of the capabilities offered by AACE to encompass all aspects of technical services required by current and potential customers and the employment of staff with the right skillset to support this work.

Mission Statement

The mission of AACE will be to maintain its outstanding reputation as being able to provide very high quality services to all customers, particularly in technical excellence, customer focus, and timeliness, while being flexible and reactive to the needs of the customer, plus representing good value for money.
