Customer Focus

Customer satisfaction and doing what the customer asks is of very great importance to AACE. AACE always has pride in ensuring its output fits or exceeds the customer requirements. In doing so AACE is always willing to innovate in the processes and procedures it uses to provide output and does not stick rigidly to old or well proven internal processes. This means that AACE is always dynamic in outlook, open to adopting novel approaches or any other working practice that will boost the ultimate customer satisfaction.

Part of this focus on customer satisfaction is the inherent ability to be flexible in all aspects of its work, responsive to the needs of the customer, and the changing conditions of the particular project. There have been many occasions where AACE has been presented with a challenge, has immediately addressed the challenge, identified a solution and carried it through to successful completion.
