Paul Mayo, AACE Managing Director, has over 27 year’s system engineering experience. He holds a Safety Critical Systems Engineering MSc from the University of York and has significant hands on experience assuring the safety of rail, aircraft and weapon systems.
As the Managing Director for AACE Paul is keen to ensure that the strong company foundation continues to build upon the work ethics practiced across the company:
Defence and Aerospace projects by nature are large and complex. It is important that AACE continues to provide the high calibre, committed individuals with the specialist technical know-how that our clients expect and indeed demand.
I don’t just want to win custom, I want to keep it and therefore I will take a long-term view of how best to meet our clients’ needs to achieve a successful outcome. Not once but time and time again.
My vision is to create unrivalled quality, value and delivery, characterised by staff behaviour encompassing loyalty, leadership and professionalism in all that we do. AACE is underpinned by a strong management ethos with in-depth subject matter expertise and a genuine, demonstrable independence when required.
