![]() AlliancesWhile AACE has an extensive capability within house, there are occasions where it is beneficial to team up with other industry players in order to widen the capability base still further and to provide a turnkey solution to client needs. AACE is always open to investigate potential alliances where they will be of mutual benefit.The collaborations in which AACE is currently active are: Allyance Within the UK industrial base there are a very large number of relatively small specialist companies, each operating within their particular niche. However, often a client requirement spans several of these niches and so the requirement has traditionally been satisfied through the use of a large company. To ensure customers get access to these SME companies, Allyance was formed as a project management company in order to bring the skillsets of a diverse and wide group of companies to the potential customer through a single, managed contract. In this regard, Allyance is a classic ‘thin prime’ whereby the prime contract is held by Allyance but the work is sub-contracted through to the Allyance members. AACE was a founder member of Allyance which now includes nearly 20 other companies with even more available as associate partners. BAJARS AACE has formed a close working relationship with Bajars Limited who provide a complimentary skillset in the area of project management and manpower substitution services. Together AACE and Bajars can provide the skillsets of both companies offered through a number of contractual routes. This collaboration is currently based upon work at RAF Wyton and is expanding into other areas of business. |
